Connect2Care in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking a Speech Pathologist for both new graduates and experienced clinicians. You will deliver evidence-based services via telehealth, community visits and centre-based sessions, with referrals from NDIS, Medicare or private sources.

This mobile role offers work-from-home options or hub-based settings when not with clients, a structured New Grad Program, supervision, and opportunities to collaborate in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities
• Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' function, capacity and social engagement
• Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications
• Timely documentation and report writing
• Managing a varied caseload
• Meeting professional expectations and client management
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with stakeholders
