Job summary

Connect2Care is a fast-growing allied health provider in Australia, delivering community-based services nationwide. This role is a mobile position within a multidisciplinary team offering telehealth, community visits and centre-based services.

New graduates are supported through a tailored 12-month program with comprehensive induction, supervision, and mentoring to launch a successful career in therapy.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in related field.
• Discipline-specific professional registration (AHPRA/SPA).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police Check and International Police Check where applicable.
• Driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Car insurance.
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities.
• Work within the NDIS to maximise function, capacity and social engagement.
• Assist with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications.
• Timely documentation and report writing.
• Manage a varied caseload.
• Meet company professional expectations (billables and client management).
• Attend meetings, supervision and personal development as required.
• Build relationships with therapists, clients and referral sources.
• Operate across leading software platforms and online tools.
