Job summary

Better Rehab’s Graduate Program is clinician-led and designed for long-term success beyond the grad year. You’ll receive structured supervision, a 1:1 discipline-specific pathway, and a supportive environment with flexible diary management.

Role placements span Chermside, North Lakes, Springwood, Stones Corner or Sumner, delivering community-based therapy to NDIS participants aged 6–65 in homes, day centres and clinics. Training includes induction, study leave, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• NDIS knowledge and community-based practice experience desired.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, families and teams.
• Willingness to obtain—NDIS Worker Screening, WWC and Police Check if required.

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans.
• Build long-term relationships and observe client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy across settings.

The Role

With opportunities across Chermside, North Lakes, Springwood, Stones Corner OR Sumner, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Mealtimes & feeding
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
