Better Rehab’s Graduate Program is clinician-led and designed for long-term success beyond the grad year. You’ll receive structured supervision, a 1:1 discipline-specific pathway, and a supportive environment with flexible diary management.
Role placements span Chermside, North Lakes, Springwood, Stones Corner or Sumner, delivering community-based therapy to NDIS participants aged 6–65 in homes, day centres and clinics. Training includes induction, study leave, and travel reimbursement.
This isn’t a sink-or-swim graduate role. At Better Rehab, our Graduate Program is built by clinicians, for clinicians! With structure, mentorship, flexibility and backing from a multidisciplinary team, we want to set you up for long-term success beyond your grad year.
