Job summary

Better Rehab in Australia is launching its Graduate Program for Occupational Therapy, designed by clinicians for clinicians. You'll gain structured, supportive supervision while you work with NDIS participants aged 6–65 across homes, clinics and community settings.

This community-based role emphasizes meaningful assessments, practical therapy plans, and long-term client relationships, with autonomy over a flexible diary, and access to a multidisciplinary team and a generous PD allowance.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

The Role

You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Neurological conditions
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Psychosocial disability

This is a community‑based role, delivering functional, participant‑led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
