Job summary

Better Rehab on the Gold Coast is seeking graduate Speech Pathologists to join a clinician‑led program built for long‑term success. You’ll receive structured supervision, a dedicated induction, and flexible options across community and clinic settings.

You’ll complete meaningful assessments, design practical therapy plans, and build lasting relationships while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for supporting people with disability

The Role

Based on the Gold Coast in our Arundeloffice, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Mealtimes & feeding
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is a community‑based role, delivering functional, participant‑led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long‑term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
