Job summary

Based in our Canberra office, you’ll join Better Rehab’s Graduate Program, built by clinicians for clinicians, with structure, mentorship and real support for early-career therapists.

You’ll work with NDIS participants aged 6–65 across community caseloads, delivering functional, participant-led therapy in homes, day centres, parks and clinics, with supervision and opportunities across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans.
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress.
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The Role

Based in our Canberra office, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Mealtimes & feeding
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
