Ability Action Australia is launching a 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists. You’ll receive weekly supervision, mentoring and a supportive multidisciplinary team, with opportunities across community, school or clinic settings.

The program includes travel reimbursement, CPD allowance, and incentives, plus tools like a laptop, smartphone and clinical toolkit, all designed to help you grow as a clinician and leader in allied health.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist
• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation
• Licensed driver with own vehicle
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary setting

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community, school or clinic
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals

Job Description

Guaranteed salary of $89,600 incl. super
