Ability Action Australia is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for soon-to-be Speech Pathologists who want structured learning, mentorship, and real-world impact. You will develop clinical and business skills, gain confidence through weekly supervision, and contribute to life-changing outcomes across Australia.

Qualifications

• Graduate or nearing graduation in Speech Pathology with SPA eligibility.
• Willing to obtain SPA registration upon graduation.
• Driver's license and own vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in community, school, or clinic settings.
• Assist with assessments, write reports, and support participants with therapy.
• Advocate for participants and carers to help achieve goals.
