Ability Action Australia is a national therapy provider supporting NDIS participants with compassionate, evidence‑based care. As a graduate Speech Pathologist you will join a supportive team in NSW, delivering services in community, school or clinic settings while you ramp up your clinical skills.

You will receive weekly supervision, mentorship and a 12‑month Action Packed Graduate Program designed to help you grow professionally, celebrate wins, and build confidence while contributing to

• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation.
• Driver with own vehicle is desirable.
• Graduate program with supervision and mentorship will support early career development.
