Job summary

Ability Action Australia is a national therapy provider supporting NDIS participants across Australia. Our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program offers weekly supervision, mentorship and practical growth to new Speech Pathologists.

You will work across community, school and clinic settings, developing assessments, reports and therapy plans with support from a multidisciplinary team. SPA registration eligibility is required to participate.

Qualifications

• SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation.
• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist.
• Passionate about helping people communicate and connect.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in the community, school or clinic.
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy.
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals.

Guaranteed salary of $86,800 incl. super
