Job summary

Ability Action Australia invites new Speech Pathologists to join a 12‑month Graduate Program that blends clinical learning with business, people, and leadership skills. You’ll receive weekly supervision, mentorship, a supportive multidisciplinary team, and real opportunities to transform lives while you grow professionally.

You’ll work across community, school or clinic settings, complete assessments and reports, advocate for participants and carers, and contribute to goals with a practical

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist with SPA registration or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.

Job Description

• Supporting participants in the community, school or clinic

Guaranteed salary of $89,600 incl. super
