Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Liverpool. This full-time role (part-time and 9-day fortnights also considered) offers a competitive salary, vehicle options, a laptop and mobile, plus salary-boost opportunities.

You'll work in homes, schools and community settings as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based assessments and therapy plans, with strong supervision and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication and team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience in NDIS/disability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
• Create therapy plans and support participants to maximize NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and carers.
• Attend weekly team meetings and share progress.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
