Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants. This role can be full-time, or part-time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight.

You will work in diverse settings—from homes to schools and community centres—creating therapy plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. We offer strong mentorship and PD opportunities, plus vehicle options, laptop, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required.
• Flexible approach to work and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres.
• Develop therapy plans and deliver speech pathology to support participants' goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub with the team.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
