Early Start Australia in Coomera on the Gold Coast is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and adjust tailored programs for children aged 0-16, working with families and other health professionals.

The role supports multidisciplinary collaboration, robust documentation, and ongoing professional development with flexible hours and strong career progression within ESA and the APM Group.

Qualificações

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
• Registration with AHPRA and SPA
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Current Drivers’ Licence and vehicle
• Working with Children Check or WWVP
• National Police Check
• Accredited First Aid Certificate

Responsabilidades

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client
• Manage a caseload using a case management approach
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust tailored therapy programs
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve outcomes
• Develop and deliver group programs and parent workshops
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality
• Record notes and reports in PMS within 24 hours
