Sports & Spinal Group is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver community-based therapy across Brisbane and Moreton Bay. This full-time role involves multidisciplinary collaboration and flexible settings in homes, clinics, and community spaces.

You will assess, plan, implement and review therapy for both children and adults, with strong emphasis on communication and swallowing support. Growth, mentorship, and CPD opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Covid and Flu vaccine.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• A positive, proactive and client-focused approach and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA, and other programs.
• Support clients with communication challenges.

Join Team Rehab Solutions as a Speech Pathologist and make a real difference delivering community-based care across Brisbane - Moreton Bay Region.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting, this is a full time permanent position.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, Aged Care, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), and other programs.
• Support clients with:
• Communication challenges
• Swallowing and feeding difficulties
• And more ++

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more+ Deliver services in homes, clinic and community settings
