About Us

We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team and provide assessments and therapeutic interventions to a variety of people between the ages of 7 and 65 who present with neurological disorders and other types of disabilities.

Job Description

• Provide treatment to a variety of people, assess their needs, design appropriate therapy plans, and advocate on their behalf. Work with participants with a range of conditions including autism, post‑stroke, Parkinson’s, and other neurological disorders.
• Support participants in the disability and neuro sector across a number of areas including adult and child language, social communication, and swallowing/dysphagia by using a range of AAC devices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, and positive behaviour support practitioners to share knowledge and ideas.
• Celebrate "Weekly Wins" with participants, families, colleagues, and the leadership team.
• Attend formal and informal networking and learning opportunities across a national level.
• Report directly to the NDIS.

Remuneration

Full‑time (Permanent). Salary $73,000 - $110,000 + Super.
