Job summary
Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver therapy in Brisbane across community settings, including homes and clinics. The role focuses on NDIS, aged care, and DVA programs in the Brisbane - Moreton Bay region.
The successful applicant will provide assessment, planning and intervention for both children and adults, work within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to client-centred care in a supportive community environment.
Qualifications
- Professionally qualified Speech Pathologist with current scope of practice.
- Membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
- Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates (as required).

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more+
- Deliver services in homes, clinic and community settings

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia
