Job summary

Smart Solutions Rehab Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver community and clinic-based services across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, and Moreton Bay regions.

You'll work with a supportive team, receive regular supervision and funded CPD, and have access to a company car, laptop and iPad to support client care.

Full Australian working rights are required; registration with Speech Pathology Australia and a proactive, client-centred approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, police check, and First Aid certificate.
• A current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community and clinic-based speech pathology services across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, and Moreton Bay regions.
• Support clients with dysphagia, communication assessments and therapy, AAC scripting and training, and communication partner education.
• Work across multiple funding streams: NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private.
• Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team that includes Physios, OTs & EPs.
• Participate in joint sessions, team projects, and contribute to a rich team culture of collaboration and growth.
