LiveBig is seeking Speech Pathologists in Queensland (West/SW and Northern Suburbs) on a full-time or part-time basis, with hybrid work options and contractor consideration. The role offers flexible scheduling and strong support within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Full SPA registration (limited registration may be considered)
• Driver's license and own vehicle
• WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client needs
• Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting
• Maintain detailed client records and update after each interaction
• Deliver services with sensitivity to cultural, linguistic and individual needs
• Schedule appointments and liaise with clients and the multidisciplinary team
• Deliver supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice
• Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction
• Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients
• Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice
• Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards
