Ability Action Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to support NDIS participants across home, school, clinic, telehealth and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).

• Diverse Settings: Work across diverse environments—home, school, telehealth or the community—where real-world skills can be put into action.
• Collaborative Approach: Join an incredible multi-disciplinary team, including OTs, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Tailored Assessments: Combine standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to each participant’s unique needs.
• Work close to home: Our main office hub is in Ashmore where you will attend MDT meetings & training sessions. The rest of your time is working from home. Caseloads are allocated within 30 mins or so from your home suburb.
• Support & training: Weekly supervision sessions! Scheduled training & development by clinicalspeech leads.
• Want Part or full time?: Sure! we can consider a minimum of 2 x days or more - no weekend work.

Your Role Will Include:
