• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration (or in progress for new grads).
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and Police Check current or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assess and support speech, language and social communication for children, young people and adults.
• Support AAC (low- and high-tech) where appropriate, and train communication partners.
• Develop practical, play-based therapy plans that fit into everyday routines.
• Maintaining notes and documentation with templates and admin support.
• Mentor juniors and shape SP pathway for senior clinicians.

About us

A3 Support is a growing NDIS provider connecting allied health with support work so therapy actually shows up in everyday routines. We work across in-clinic, home, school and community to make therapy practical, strengths‑based and sustainable for families. Believing that therapy should empower, not overwhelm, backed by amazing administration and forward-thinking leadership!

We now also operate out of our multi-disciplinary allied health clinic at 495 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills.

This is a hybrid position - you'll be out in the clinic and community seeing clients where they live and learn, with flexibility to work from home for planning and admin. Our clients are predominantly NDIS participants - adults and children.

About the Role

With A3 Support's support, your duties as an SP will include but not be limited to:

Assess and support speech, language and social communication for children and young people and adults.

Support AAC (low‑and‑high‑tech) where appropriate, and train communication partners.

Develop practical, play‑based therapy plans that fit into everyday routines.

Developing and implementing evidence-based, individualised treatment plans

Collaborating with clients, families, schools, and support teams

Provide mealtime/feeding recommendations within your competence and training.

Maintaining notes and documentation - with templates and admin support.

For experienced SPs: mentoring juniors and shaping the SP pathway at A3 Support.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential
