Job summary

Avina is seeking Speech Therapists across multiple locations nationwide to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants across home, school, clinic and community settings.

New graduates welcome for structured mentoring; early career clinicians seeking flexibility; experienced therapists seeking collaboration and career development are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Deliver functional and person-centred Speech Pathology services.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
