Job summary

Sports & Spinal Group is hiring a Speech Pathologist to deliver community-based care across Brisbane and Moreton Bay Region. This full-time role involves working in homes, clinics and community settings with multidisciplinary colleagues.

You will assess, plan and review services for both children and adults, addressing communication and swallowing challenges while supported by ongoing CPD and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with eligibility to practice.
• Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Covid and Flu vaccines are up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention and review services across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other programs.
• Support clients with communication challenges and swallowing/feeding difficulties.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and deliver services in homes, clinics and community settings.

Join Team Rehab Solutions as a Speech Pathologist and make a real difference delivering community-based care across Brisbane - Moreton Bay Region.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting, this is a full-time permanent position.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, Aged Care, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), and other programs.
• Support clients with:
• Communication challenges
• Swallowing and feeding difficulties
• And more ++

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more+ Deliver services in homes, clinic and community settings
