Are you looking for a career that offers more than just a caseload?

In a sector shaped by rapid change and growing corporate providers, Kudos Services stands apart. We are Australia’s first employee-controlled mutual. We aren’t driven by external investors - we’re shaped and led by our people, including clinicians just like you.

At Kudos, you’re not just a Speech Pathologist managing a caseload. You’re part of a collective where your clinical expertise is valued, your voice is heard and your wellbeing is a priority.

Why Speech Pathologists love Kudos

Collaborative Practice
Say goodbye to working in a silo. You’ll work alongside Early Intervention Practitioners and Coordinators with backgrounds across allied health, early education and family support, sharing knowledge and working together to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

Focus on Early Intervention
As a specialist provider of NDIS Early Childhood supports, we focus on the critical early years of development. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful, lifelong impact through evidence-based, play-based therapy that supports children and families to thrive.

Mentorship That Moves You Forward
Access structured 1:1 supervision and clinical coaching from experienced Speech Pathologists who are invested in your development and specialist interests.

The “Mutual” Advantage
Because we are employee-controlled, we reinvest in our people - supporting professional development, clinical practice, better resources and the delivery of high-quality services to the children and families we work with.
