Job summary

Therapy Connect is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions across paediatric early intervention, NDIS and school-based services. You will work with children and families in clinics, homes, schools, and via telepractice, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

You will build specialist paediatric skills, engage in regular supervision, and access a generous PD budget plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology completed and eligible for CPSPA
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech Pathology assessments and evidence-based intervention

About the role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist within Therapy and Family Services, you'll deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention across early intervention, NDIS and school-based services.

You'll support children and families to achieve meaningful developmental, communication and participation outcomes, working flexibly across clinics, homes, schools, community settings and telepractice.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team spanning Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Counselling, Allied Health Assistants and Teachers of the Deaf.

• A Bachelor's Degree or recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to obtain this.
• A commitment to evidence-based and family-centred practice
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for paediatrics, learning and collaborative practice
• Experience in paediatrics, early intervention, Deaf and hard of hearing services, Auslan or telepractice is valued—but not essential.
