As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you’ll work alongside experienced clinicians delivering family centred services to children and adults living with disabilities. Through a combination of community, clinic, and virtual sessions, you’ll develop your skills in assessing communication needs, creating tailored therapy plans, and supporting clients to achieve their individual goals. You’ll receive ongoing supervision and mentoring while gradually building your own caseload and clinical confidence.
You’ll play an active role in implementing evidence based interventions that promote communication, participation, and independence. Working closely with families, educators, support coordinators, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to delivering holistic and meaningful outcomes for clients.
