Job summary

Allied Kids Therapy in Victoria is seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric team. You will work across schools, homes, and our clinic, delivering evidence-based assessments and therapies to children.

As a senior clinician, you will mentor junior staff, collaborate with OTs and other specialists, and contribute to ongoing professional development and leadership pathways. Flexible scheduling and supportive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Full-time Speech Pathologist with 3+ years' experience.
• A passion for working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

Responsibilities

• Senior clinician mentorship and supervision of others.
• Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide paediatric speech-language pathology services across settings.
• Contribute to clinical development and leadership opportunities.
