Job summary

Orica is seeking a Specialist - Source to Pay in Brisbane to drive end-to-end contract lifecycle, supplier registration, and catalog maintenance using Ariba and SAP.

You will collaborate with regional sourcing teams to ensure accurate data, timely contract closure, and up-to-date catalog terms, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and DSP in daily procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycle in procurement.
• Ability to monitor milestones and expiry dates.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and catalog maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including sourcing and contract creation in Ariba, as well as contract closure activities in SAP, ensuring accurate data management, status updates, final payment tracking, service completion records, and proper archiving of documentation.
• Monitor and maintain contract information, ensuring records are up to date, contract milestones are tracked, and key data such as expiry dates and consumption metrics are accurately managed.
• Maintain and update catalog information within SAP, ensuring product codes, pricing, and commercial terms are accurate and current.
• Manage supplier onboarding and master data updates, including supplier information, tax details, and banking records, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Partner with sourcing specialists, procurement teams, and supply chain stakeholders to support efficient and effective procurement operations.
• Leverage procurement systems and tools including Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and DSP to manage processes, generate reports, analyze data, and ensure procurement activities are completed within agreed timelines.

About the role
