HammondCare Daw Park is seeking an experienced Part-time Specialised Carer - Dementia Care to join our team. You will deliver personalised care, including personal support, life engagement and dementia care, aligned with our residents' needs.

You will complete an onsite orientation with a Workplace Trainer, work with Registered Nurses and be supported in a patient-focused environment. A Certificate III is mandatory, and 2+ years in aged care is essential; flexibility to roaster is required.
