Job summary

HammondCare North Turramurra is seeking a Permanent Part-time Specialised Carer – Dementia Care for night duty. You will work night rosters to provide tailored personal care and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Successful applicants will have a passion for elder care, flexibility for nights and weekends, and preferably Cert III or IV in Aged Care. Talent Acquisition will coordinate recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering dementia-focused care to older adults.
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Experience in night-duty residential care settings.

Responsibilities

• Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting, and basic daily routines.
• Provide life engagement activities and social interaction.
• Support residents with dementia and adapt to changing needs.
• Recognise, report and respond to changes in residents’ conditions within your scope.

**HammondCare North Turramurra is currently looking a Permanent Part-time Specialised Carer – Dementia Care to join our team for Night Duty.****Night Duty Roster on offer:*** **Week 1: Thurs, Fri, Sat 21:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Week 2: Mon, Fri, Sat 21:00 PM - 07:00 AM**With our unique model of care which places the residents’ needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents.
