Job summary

HammondCare Cardiff in NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our specialised dementia-focused residential care home on a part-time basis. You will lead and mentor a team of Dementia Carers, support clinical assessments, and contribute to care planning under HammondCare's Model of Care.

Working within a homelike environment, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver relationship-based, person-centred care that values each resident.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• 2–3 years' experience within an Aged Care environment.
• A passion for improving the quality of life of older people living with dementia.

Responsibilities
