Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Mackay Regional is seeking a proactive Spare Parts Interpreter to coordinate spare parts and inventory for South Queensland. You will manage stock, handle quotations and orders, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

The role requires excellent organisation and communication skills, experience with inventory systems (EPC), and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Conduct bi-annual stocktakes for the Spare Parts store and ensure accuracy.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer catalogues, EPC, and supplier databases.
• Monitor parts usage and report trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Advise on purchase orders, delivery dates, and resolve supply issues with suppliers and customers.
• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and purchase orders for Parts Sales.
• Plan daily locker runs and coordinate Parts Courier duties.
• Ensure WHS compliance when handling parts and operating in warehouse environments.
