Job summary

WOTSO is opening a new space in Murray Bridge and seeking a Space Leader to guide daily operations, community building and space presentation. The role blends hospitality, sales and admin with a focus on delivering a vibrant member experience and smooth running of the coworking space.

Ideal candidates come from leadership roles in hospitality or retail, with strong people skills and a hands-on approach. This is a full-time position with regular weekday hours, and full training is provided to

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors, creating a strong first impression.
• Answer enquiries in person, on the phone and via email; provide support.
• Foster community and deliver onboarding for new members.
• Plan and host community events and monthly breakfasts.
• Coordinate marketing outreach and social media support.
• Maintain space presentation standards and assist with operations.

We're excited to open a new space in Murray Bridge and expand our team in South Australia. We're hiring for a Space Leader to lead the way!

This isn't your typical office role! With a unique blend of community building, sales, administration and space presentation, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant member experience and ensuring the space runs smoothly.

If you're coming from a leadership role in hospitality or retail, this is a great opportunity to take your skills into an office environment with no weekends or late nights. With full training provided, we'll support you to grow and develop within the WOTSO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Member Experience

• Be the friendly face of the space - welcoming members and visitors and creating a strong first impression


• Act as the go-to person for members, providing support across in-person, phone and email enquiries


• Build genuine relationships with members and foster a strong sense of community


• Deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new members


• Plan and host community events, including weekly socials and monthly breakfasts


• Create and share communications that keep members informed and connected

Support local marketing initiatives (including social media and community outreach)

Sales & Space Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking space alongside the Regional Manager


• Respond to enquiries, run space tours and convert leads into memberships


• Maintain high presentation standards across the space at all times


• Assist with general administration and operational tasks


• Take a hands-on approach

New Site Operational Support

• Assist with setup of the new coworking space, including arranging furniture, signage, kitchen supplies, and general presentation


• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of furnishings and goods with approval from the Regional Manager

About You

• You bring the people skills and steady presence that come from years in customer-facing, retail or hospitality leadership roles


• Confident communicator with a warm, professional and approachable style


• Highly organised and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks


• Comfortable moving around the space and hands-on throughout the day
