Job summary

WOTSO is expanding and hiring a Multi-Site Space Coordinator to work across our Sydney locations. This hands-on role keeps spaces welcoming, ensures events run smoothly and delivers high levels of service to members and guests.

Ideal candidates will come from retail, hospitality or customer service, be organised, adaptable and able to juggle tasks while travelling between sites. Monday–Friday, with onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service.
• Warm, personable and quick to build rapport with members and guests.
• Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude.
• Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email).
• Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one.
• Assist with member tours.
• Daily set up and pack down of the space.
• Book and set up meeting rooms.
• Manage stock levels, consumables and site orders.
• Keep kitchen and communal areas well stocked and presentable.
• Assist with community events and activations.
• Create graphics using Canva (training provided).
• Support Instagram posting and other local marketing initiatives.
• Jump in where needed - no job too small.

We're excited expand the team and hire a Multi-Site Space Coordinator to work across our locations. This is a hands-on role that ensures our spaces are welcoming, events run smoothly, and members receive the high level of service WOTSO is known for. It could be ideal for anyone ready for a role that blends people, sales and administration, whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, or customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Front of House & Member Experience

• Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
