Job summary

The Defence School of Space and Cyber (DSSpC) in Canberra seeks an APS 6 Learning Design & Development Lead to organise design and development workflows across Space, Cyber and allied Defence agencies.

You will coordinate design activities, engage with ADF, ASD, APS and contractors, contribute to policy and documentation, and lead a small L&D team in delivering progressive learning pathways and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working in training establishments or similar roles.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, development and learning standards for Space and Cyber programs.
• Engage with ADF, ASD, APS, JTC and contractors on L&D activities.
• Develop, review and maintain L&D documentation and policies.
• Produce briefing content and data for reporting requirements.
• Lead and coordinate L&D tours, briefs and inquiries.
