Capella Sydney is seeking a Spa Therapist to perform facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and massages, delivering a tranquil and rejuvenating guest experience in a luxury setting.

The role emphasizes high-end service standards, spa suite preparation, hygiene compliance, and knowledge of treatments and products, with an emphasis on guest relations and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
• Diploma or certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
• Diploma in Massage therapy.
• Experience in delivering high-end beauty and spa treatments.
• Comfortable with recommending retail.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Personable character with a passion to build strong guest relations.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Spa Therapist professional dedicated in performing Facials, Body treatments, Manicure, Pedicures and Body Massage treatments creating a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for our guests.
