Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a Spa Supervisor for Eléme Day Spa in Cairns to lead a skilled team and stay connected to the treatments you enjoy. You will coach therapists, coordinate bookings and support roster planning, ensuring each day runs smoothly and guests receive exceptional service.

You will also bring a commercial perspective, identifying opportunities to improve treatment availability, retail sales and rebooking through guest relationships and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Beauty Services or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Supervisory or senior therapist experience in a luxury spa.
• Strong knowledge across massage and beauty treatments.
• Retail sales capability and understanding of revenue generation.
• Strong organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety and hygiene.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach therapists to deliver high‑quality treatments.
• Coordinate bookings and roster planning to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver treatments as required to support the team.
• Manage daily spa operations in the Spa Manager’s absence.
• Identify opportunities to improve treatment availability and rebooking.
• Drive retail sales and guest relationship success.
• Maintain presentation, presentation and hygiene standards.
