Calma on High Street in Armadale, VIC, seeks a Spa Supervisor + Team Trainer to lead and support our team of therapists in a fast-paced front-of-house role. The ideal candidate will have leadership passion and experience as a beauty/dermal/massage therapist, driving growth and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experienced beauty/dermal/massage therapist seeking leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth running of the day for all customers, therapists & wellness practitioners.
• Loving working with a team + supporting them to shine!
• Managing rostering and HR
• Implementing team meetings, training + development
• Co-ordinating all therapists and practitioners with grace, understanding and accountability
• Maintaining 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business
• Engaging the team to create social media content
• Excelling at client rapport + multi-tasking with a smile
• Pro-actively improving and growing the business in conjunction with the leadership team
• Taking ownership of the role with creativity and passionWorking confidently + independently with a growth mindset
• Excelling at admin + systems, including word, excel + CRMs
• Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
• Updating, implementing and documenting processes and policies
• Managing stocktakes, stock movement and reporting
• Most importantly... creating a happy and collaborative work environment for all

Calma is recruiting for a Spa Supervisor + Team Trainer to lead and support our exceptional team of therapists in a fast-paced front-of-house role.

The spa supervisor role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to share their industry knowledge & experience and support our therapists to thrive.

Hours:
