Alba Thermal Springs & Spa in Fingal, Victoria, seeks passionate Spa Therapists to join our luxury wellness destination. You will deliver facials, massage and body treatments, creating deeply restorative experiences for our guests.

We train on bespoke rituals and work with premium brands Vanessa Megan and Sodashi. The spa operates daily with flexible hours on a rotational roster; full-time, part-time and casual roles are available.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist.
• Experience in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments.
• Experience in a 5-star spa property is highly regarded.
• Valid Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage.
• Guest-centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
• Capable, reliable and responsible.
• Have a valid visa or working rights for Australia.

About Alba

Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The opportunity

We are expanding our team in the Spa team and invite passionate, experienced Spa Therapists to join our luxury wellness destination. In this role, you will deliver exceptional facials, massage, and body treatments, creating deeply restorative experiences for our guests.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in our bespoke spa rituals, working exclusively with premium brands Vanessa Megan and Sodashi.

The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Availability on Friday, Saturday and Mondays highly desirable.

Full-time, part-time and casual roles available.

About You

• You have recent experience as a beauty/massage therapist
• You are experienced and confident in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments
• You have previous experience in a 5 star Spa Property (highly regarded)
• You have a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
