endota Mildura is seeking a Spa/Beauty Therapist for casual and part-time roles. You’ll deliver massage, facials, waxing and body treatments in a welcoming space that clients love.

You’ll hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or be studying) and enjoy collaborating with a close team while developing your skills through training and feedback. Qualifications

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or currently studying toward one.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team to deliver spa experiences.
• Keen to learn and develop beauty skills.

Your role in the experience

As a spa therapist, you’ll bring care, skill and intention to every stage of the client journey.

Our treatment menu offers plenty of variety and room to grow your skills—from massage, body scrubs, to advanced facials, IPL skin rejuvenation and hair removal, waxing, tinting and tanning.

You’ll:

• Deliver spa and beauty treatments with thoughtful attention to each client’s needs.
• Create a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, heard and cared for.
• Share your knowledge through personalised skincare advice and homecare recommendations that extend the benefits of their treatment.
• Take pride in preparing and caring for your treatment room.
• Contribute to the daily rhythm of the spa, helping your teammates and taking initiative between appointments.
• Continue developing your skills through training, feedback and hands-on experience.

What you’ll bring

You hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or are currently studying towards one, and you care deeply about delivering a beautiful client experience.

You’re curious, open to feedback and keen to keep learning. You enjoy connecting with people, communicate thoughtfully and understand that a great spa experience depends on teamwork as much as individual treatment skills.

You take pride in your presentation and your work, and you’re drawn to a brand that puts wellbeing, connection and intention at its heart.
