The Anchorage Hotel & Spa seeks a casual Spa Attendant to join Spa Lucca. You will keep spa areas and treatment rooms pristine, safe and welcoming, supporting therapists throughout the day.

This role suits someone starting in health and beauty or studying massage/beauty therapy, with weekend availability and strong grooming standards to deliver a 5-star guest experience. You will handle cleaning, stock, laundry, and reception tasks, ensuring guests feel relaxed and cared for.

Qualifications

• Certifications include Current First Aid and CPR with yearly renewal.
• Weekend availability is essential.
• Prior experience in health/beauty or study towards massage/beauty therapy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Clean, tidy and present spa common areas and treatment rooms to the highest standard.
• Assist with maintenance, stock management, laundry and reception duties.
• Provide support to therapists throughout the day to ensure smooth operations.

The Spa Attendant is responsiblefor ensuring the spa common areas and treatment rooms are clean, tidy andpresented to the highest standard, this is a critical role that ensures ourguests feel safe, comfortable and have an exceptional experience. Duties willinclude cleaning, maintenance, stock management, laundry and assisting withreception duties. This is a busy and varied role where you will provide supportand assistance to the therapists throughout the day.

About You

With a passion for all things health, beautyand skincare, you will be an enthusiastic team player with a can-doattitude. You will have high groomingstandards and will pride yourself on giving our guests the 5 star luxuryexperience they have come to expect. Prior work experience in the industry orstudy towards massage or beauty therapy will be an advantage, although notessential. Availability to work weekendsis essential, along with some availability throughout the week.
