Job summary

The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Port Stephens is seeking a casual Guest Relations Attendant to join the Front Office team. You will be the first impression, delivering intuitive service that reflects the highest hospitality standards.

Expect a rotating roster between 6.30am and 10.30pm, including weekends and public holidays. RSA certification is required, and candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Polished, personable and attentive to detail.
  • Able to anticipate guest needs and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous luxury or boutique hotel experience is desirable.
  • RSA certification required.

The Opportunity

Weare seeking a professional and service-driven Casual Guest Relations Attendant to joinour Front Office team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first impressionof our hotel, delivering intuitive and personalised service that reflects thehighest standard of hospitality.


Your Day to Day


  • Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency, including sparkling wine on arrival

  • Manage guest enquiries, bookings and accounts with precision

  • Handle check-ins and check-outs with attention to detail

  • Process financial transactions accurately

  • Share expert knowledge of local attractions and experiences

  • Address guest concerns with discretion and professionalism

  • Promote hotel offerings to enhance each guest’s stay


About You

Youare polished, personable and naturally attentive to detail. Your ability toanticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate withconfidence ensures an exceptional guest journey. Previous luxury or boutiquehotel experience is highly desirable, but more importantly, you bring the rightattitude and attention to detail.
