Job summary

IREN Limited is seeking a Manager, SOX Compliance to lead and strengthen global SOX controls and financial reporting processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test controls, ensure compliance with SOX 404 and the COSO framework, and drive remediation of deficiencies in a regulated tech environment.

With a background in IT controls and business process knowledge across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Financial Close, you will guide audits and improve the control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS or Finance.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CIA or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end SOX program, including planning, scoping, risk assessment, maintenance of documentation, controls testing, remediation, and reporting.
