Ferrovial Services Australia is seeking an experienced Internal Control professional to coordinate and develop annual ICFR activities under SOX supervision, reporting to the Business Internal Control Manager. You will manage ICFR tasks across Business Units, partners, and departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting and risk mitigation.

The role requires 5–6 years of experience, English proficiency, and knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or Double Degree in Law/Economics or Law/Business Administration and Management.
• High level of English is essential.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence will be valued.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Experience in Internal or External Audit roles will be positively valued. Specific experience in internal control and SOX in particular will be valued.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and develop all activities of the Group's Internal Control System over Financial Reporting (ICFR) in line with SOX regulations.
• Update scope and perform flowchart and Risk and Control Matrix work with Business Units and departments.
• Coordinate IT General Controls and IT Compliance for SOX scope.
• Manage the ARCHER internal control tool to meet requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and address findings with action plans.
• Provide internal training for users and report conclusions to Audit Committee and Board.
• Analyze new trends in Internal Control frameworks and participate in Compliance tasks.
