Job summary

ACSO is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Forensic Residential Services program across South-East Melbourne. You will lead Team Leaders, drive performance, manage budget, and maintain critical stakeholder relationships to ensure service quality.

You will also coordinate development initiatives, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence with flexible working arrangements and competitive benefits. This role is based in Melbourne with opportunities for home-based work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in an area relevant to the program or related tertiary qualification and significant experience.
• Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in commerce, management or leadership, or working toward.
• 5+ years sector experience with some management experience.
• Experience leading others to achieve performance outcomes.
• Strong contract and financial management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Forensic Residential Services program across South-East Melbourne and guide Team Leaders to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Manage program KPIs, budget, and stakeholder relationships; report risks and performance concerns to the General Manager.
• Support workforce development through workshops, identify skill gaps and facilitate training.
