Are obsessed with the craft. Dough, fermentation, flour and fire aren’t just a job to you, they’re a passion.

Can hand-stretch a perfect cornicione and get that leopard-spotted char every time.

Know your way around a stone-deck oven, ideally a rotating one, and can deliver consistent pies at volume.

Love building food made for sharing: vibrant, generous plates that get passed around the table with a cold beer in hand.

Have ideas and love to experiment, whether it’s a new pizza, a seasonal share plate or a burger or sandwich that makes people stop mid-bite.

Lead with energy and inspire a team to care as much as you do.

Care about quality ingredients and respect the produce.

Have solid sous chef experience: rosters, ordering, stock control, food safety and training.

What you’ll do:

Own and evolve the pizza program, from dough development to ever-changing specials

Contribute to a small, creative burger and sandwich offering that sits alongside the pizza
