Sylv’s on the Gold Coast is looking for a seriously passionate, hardworking and hungry Sous Chef to join the crew. You’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, leading from the front in a fast-paced kitchen that pushes boundaries and delivers a modern spin on Italian dishes.

We’re after a young-at-heart, energetic chef who’s curious, eager to learn, and ready to bring their own ideas to the table. If you’ve got the right attitude and solid skills, this is your chance to shape Sylv’s future.

We’re looking for a seriously passionate, hardworking and hungry Sous Chef to join the crew at Sylv’s.

Someone who’s obsessed with food, loves the buzz of a busy kitchen and wants to be the right hand to our ridiculously talented Head Chef.

We’re not your traditional Italian restaurant. We’re all about pushing boundaries, playing with flavours and putting a fresh, modern spin on Italian food.

Think handmade pasta, 72-hour fermented pizza, cooking over charcoal, incredible produce and dishes that aren’t afraid to be a little different.
