Job summary

TOKI Bistro & Bar in North Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team across all services. This full-time role involves evening and weekend rosters with an immediate start.

You will supervise and train staff, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and assist with stock, menu development and food safety compliance (HACCP) in line with NSW Food Authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or in a similar high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP and NSW Food Authority standards.
