You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences across hot, cold and grill stations, contributing to a creative and collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience as a CDP level or above in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards and consistency.
• Adherence to NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, maintaining clean and organised work stations.
• Work on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.
