Location: Townsville Work Type: Full Time Salary: 70K to 75K

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef working in an Asian Kitchen with classic Chinese dishes with a modern twist as the focus at this eatery. Using fresh locally sourced produce and located within The Ville Resort Casino in Townsville. The salary range is $70K to $75K.

The successful applicant must have:

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen

• If planning to apply for a visa, a Cert IV and a Diploma in Hospitality are required

We do assist with Visa if required, however, you MUST currently be in Australia for onsite assessment.
